Well this stinks. I'm gaining a couple of pounds and I'm hoping it's just bloating. Ya know what I mean? I've really started eating healthy today; went out and bought all healthy stuff, so hopefully it'll get me on the right track. Even though I won't make my goal at New Year's, I'm sure gonna keep on trying.
Dont give up!!!!! I gained 4 lbs this week,:embarassed: so I'm not coming any where close to my NY goal... I need to work on getting my eating under control especially when its the hardest with the holidays!

Don't look like i am going to get close to my new years goal....Another week gone by an no lbs lost.
I am still almost 6 lbs away and with christmas next week i doubt i am going to pull 3 lbs a week.0 -

New Years Goal: 127 thats 5 pounds in 14 days. i think i can do it. Christmas eve & day might mess me up...
i gained half a pound just from yesterday, so i am sure by tomorrow ill be 132 even. i ate a healthy dinner last night. grilled salmon, veggies.NO butter in cooking. i was strong enough to actually say no to all appetizers at my fav place. It was my parents 30th anniversary so i did eat half a slice of cake.0 -
