Just tell them to waive the joining fee.. or you will consider going to another gym that you have been investigating. I did when I joined up. I just told them they are always advertising no the joining fee. As for PT, they are always having specials on sessions if you book for a block.

I go to Fernwood and don't find it overpriced at all. $37.50 a fortnight for all the classes you choose to go to, 24 hour access ( not at all Fernwoods), conditioner, deodorant, hairdryers and most of all its clean. I purchased the box with all different varieties which I am glad I did as there are some that I didn't really like. The choc chip and cookie dough is to die for. I've only had a few so far and some are ugh! but it depends on your taste. I don't like the after taste or sweeteners either but I haven't had that with these.

You can do it! This site does wonders for motivation. Log your food and exercise everyday, it really does help. :) and if you have a blow out then don't get down on yourself. Everyone has slip ups, the test is not allowing that slip up to continue on for days. Good luck :smile:

Its another tool to keep you motivated and yes I wear whilst I am asleep and I hardly even know its there as you get a wristband to put it in. I think its worth every cent and I have only had mine a week. :)
