  • I'm the same. I lose a few pounds and then I binge! I'm a sweet and carb lover. Trying again and hoping to track food. I track breakfast, sometimes lunch, and then I stop for the day and go over my limit.
  • I would love to be a friend. I just returned and need to lose 20/25 lbs but need motivation and would love to help others along the way. Laura
  • wow - you're doing great. how do you share your activity?
  • I’ve been on mfp for awhile and consistently track my food. So I joined WW last week and I did good (lost 5.8 lbs) tracking everything and I like going to the meetings. This week I’m going to track both mfp and ww just to see that I’m not eating to many calories.

  • i'm in. this will be a good way to get started and track my food. one week is possible
  • i am so in - if i can stay on point. i have trouble staying with a diet and tracking my food more than 2 days. and, i'm addicted to sugar. i'll try.
  • how's everyone doing?
  • Hi Jen. I totally understand. I turn 66 Wednesday and am still 20 lbs overweight. It’s so hard to keep on track, I like counting calories. Knowing someone who wants to motivate each other would be so helpful. Laura
  • oh, I definitely need motivation. I just can't journal for more than a day or two and eat to much. any ideas to stay focused? I hope your all doing well. what do you need help with?
  • I also have trouble focusing on projects and weight lose. I procrastinate. I just finished a cross stitch project for my grand-daughter. last november i made her a christening dress from my daughter-in-laws wedding dress and now i'm making a pillow from the scraps left over.
  • Please add me. I need friends to help keep me posting and entering food in diary because I think that is key. I have at least 20 lbs to lose.
  • This is my hundredth time as well. I have 25 lbs to lose to feel healthy and I'm 5'4" tall and I'm 64 years old. I have a lot of trouble going more than a few days entering food in my diary and then I fall off wagon. I'm not sure if I'm to old but I can still be a buddy - I need to get healthy for my grandchildren. And, I…
  • I am definitely a bookworm. Love to keep books on my phone so I can read when I get a few moments. I love sci-fi fantasy - all creatures. Some romance and Amish stories. All time favs : the stand, LOTR, Harry Potter, rosamond pilcher, terry goodkind, and the agent Pendergast series and of course the Dresden files.
  • I'm trying to log all food - I fall short in evenings. But I set alerts in here to remind me. This weekend if I cheat I'll write it down. It is halloween and we're trick or treating with grandson. I'll try to be good!!!! I will be good!!!!
  • I just started a cross stitch for my grand daughter coming in Jan. It's time consuming, I made the boy version 3 years ago. Once I start in ernest on this it'll keep my hands busy. I'll have to post a photo
  • Hope you feel better soon.
  • That's a shame. Although I sit at my desk but don't get anything done!
  • Painting everyday is like a journal. They must reflect your moods. I've tried online journaling but its very impersonal. Working on a craft a day even for a few minutes may take our Ines off eating. I know evenings are worst for me. Hard to get motivated. Easier to eat and watch TV!
  • Hi. Definitely a bookworm. I'm a supernatural and fantasy reader. Always listening to books in car, on iPod when cleaning, reading on phone, and print. Haven't gotten into ward books yet. I guess l should start listening and walking. Does it slow you down though unlike upbeat music?
  • Hi. I'm in the same boat. Keep getting started. Hopefully with some friends this will work.
  • Hi. I'm just getting back into all this as well. Would love to see this group active again. I have 1 grandson and another coming. I do traditional and digital scrapping but am overwhelmed with years of photos. What is project life style scrapping?
  • Looking for motivation to get start. I always start and it only lasts a day or two.
  • Looking for mfp friends as well motivation. Need to lose and stay focused. Actually eating well, logging food, exercise for one week would be a good start.
  • yes. i'll join challenge. i need motivation desperately. i will log all my food for a week! i always log 2 days and quit, have trouble logging a whole days worth of food. i also plan to go to the gym 3 times. this will be hard but i hope i can accomplish it.
  • yes, wondering if this is still active. i'm interested in getting scrappers talking. scrapbooking keeps me from thinking about food! anyone want to create a scrap challenge?
  • i'm doing good with this challenge. i'm determined to accomplish it. i have logged in everyday except for this weekend. i was away babysitting for grandson, but i just caught up using quick calories. so i am ready for this week and am feeling good. now i have to join an exercise challenge.
  • YES! I will accept this challenge. i don't think i have logged in for more than a couple days at a time since i joined this site - and haven't lost any weight. i have a good 30 lbs to lose and i know i do better if i log my food. there's no reason not to log in, even if i cheat. i started today and used the trick many…
  • hi. i plan on accomplishing in 2014 what i didn't in 2013. i know the only way to lose weight is to enter my food everyday. so, that and going back to the gym are my first prioritites. then, finish all my projects - sewing, scrapping, photos, etc. whew, sounds like alot but not really if i keep my energy levels up which…
