I just finished 30 DS. I noticed a marked difference. Before & after week 1 can be seen on my profile(FR me if you cant see them). I havent done measurements or taken pics yet since finishing. I did each level for 10 straight days then took a day off between levels. Im starting Ripped in 30 today.

Hi Amanda, welcome to MFP. I dont follow an eating plan specifically, just aware of whats going in my body. Healthy snacks instead of candy bars, cookies, etc. I was never much on breakfast but try for a a piece of fruit, instant oatmeal or a yogurt to give my day a jumpstart. It depends more on the severity of the stretching. After 4 kids, including a set of twins, my stomach is a mess. I've learned to live with them. The purple faded soon enough and they are now white. I just finished day 4 level 1. Day 1, I ached, day 2 , I was hurting, Day 3 got a bit better. Today I was surprised how quick it was over.

I have a mini stepper, about $60-$70 at Walmart or Target. Doesnt take up any room at all. My son uses a treadmill he got on Craigslist.
