This isn't a tip, but I heard that cellulite is caused by the amount of Estrogen in your body. I have no clue if this is related, but do you have a lot of soy in your diet? I've heard soy triggers Estrogen production. I wonder if it is related. It sounds like you are doing everything right to lose it!

It must be frustrating to see only a little progress...but how do you feel? Do you feel like you are healthier and have more energy. It's not a total loss even if you didn't meet your goal. Can you adjust your calorie intake? Are you measuring the food? Sometimes I underestimate how much I'm really eating.

I don't need to lose another pound, but my bmi is a lot higher than I want. I'd love to join the challenge...but if I lose more than five pounds, I might start entering an unhealthy realm.
