I ruptured my Achilles a year ago, and I never, ever want to go through that again. I am stubborn, though, so I have to watch out. I started with 30D Shred and had to improvise on the plank jacks and stuff. She does give you modifications, as others have pointed out, and those helped me. I didn't do it for 30 days straight…

Great job everyone!! I have been trying to 'take it easy' this week because I tweaked my back last Sunday...that means doing yoga and rowing. But today I did 6wk 6 pack. WIll do my second Buns and Thighs tomorrow!!

I think that a banana (or any fruit really) is the ultimate fast food. Can you not buy some on the weekends and then eat that for breakfast? Nuts (raw almonds, walnuts) are also good for when you're on the go, but need some nourishment- you just shouldn't eat a lot of them (10-20 almonds/7-15 walnut halves). Just a few…

If you did 30DS, you will be fine!! I think the biggest difference is that it is a longer workout. I also started with 3lb weights, when I should have gone back to my 2lb ones. As was suggested, just take breaks if you need to. It's a great workout: )
