    Here are my measurements:
    Started Week 1:
    Right thigh- 24.5 inches
    Left thigh- 24.5 inches
    Hips- 41 inches
    Waist: 37.5 inches

    Week 2:
    Right thigh- 23 inches
    Left thigh- 23 inches
    Hips- 40 inches
    Waist: 36 inches

    Today is week three day ten level two biginners without weights. I am glad I decide not to use the weights because Jillian has lost her freakin mind in level two make you wonder what the heck she will have us doing in in level three. I don't think I will incoperate the ankle weights or do the program 5 days straight in level two due to it will be to hard on my kness. My right knee is hurting already from day one of level two. I did not give my all or best today because I am disappointed about my measuement I feel the inches lost should be higher. I am going to have to figure out what I am doing wrong. Oh yeah and the darn scale went up therefore no weight loss more like a gain.

    Hips: Starting was 41 Today 40 1/2
    Right Thigh: Starting 24 Today 23 1/2
    Left Thigh: 24 Today 23 1/2

    Don't get discouraged you are doing an Amazing job! I have bad knees as well and am now scared of Level 2. If anything I will be doing the modified version as well, we'll see!

    OK SO I DID LEVEL 2 AGAIN TODAY FOR THE 2ND TIME AND TODAY WAS BETTER:) OMG MY MUSCLES IN MY LEGS ARE TWITCHING!!!! NOT SURE IF THIS IS GOOD OR NOT!!:grumble:

    Awesome new stat gals!

    I wasn't expecting any change as I have actually gained a couple of pounds. I'm hoping it is just because I'm just before my TOM or maybe a little muscle gain, perhaps.

    My starting stats:

    I would NOT use ankle weights in the first few days of the new level, if you are not doing the exercises perfectly you can really hurt yourself!!!

    Level 2 is crazaaay!!! Really dreaded doing it today, and if not done perfectly the one leg burpees bother my knees. the dancing crab is sorta fun, most of the rest is all pain, though!

    JM challenge Buns in Thighs
    9/17 Waist - 26. Hips - 36. saddlebag Area- 37. thighs 22.5, left a few mm bigger
    9/26 waist- 26, maybe a tiny less. Hips-36.5 (butt higher). Saddlebag-37. Thighs R-21.75, L-22

    So I lost a little from my thighs at least!

    Cycle coming on so next week time might see alot of change hopefully.... My water weight gain is horrible.

    I forgot to post my workout yesterday:-( I did level 2 again....this thing is serious. I burned 470 calories....the single leg burpees hurt my knees too so I am trying to figure out what to do instead. Well I need to eat a little better for one because the social at my job last night doesn't help after I kill myself this much. I am doing level 2 again today but want to go back and incorporate level 1 on Thursday. I will let you all know which one I do. These measurements are rocking ladies!!! .5 inch is a significant accomplishment for two weeks. Depending on where you are when you start will determine how fast your body changes. If you are developing a ton of lean muscle mass and burning fat at the same time you will possibly show up to an inch loss in you hips and waist. Thighs are really a different animal and even if they become more toned they could possibly only be an inch smaller by the end. Especially if they are a 22 or 23. Those are actually sizes that one can be happy with if they are toned. So ladies your sexy is defined by you! Let's get it in!!!!

    wow!! you guys have me scared to move on to level 2.. lol.. i think i'll do level one today and tomorrow and start Thursday or Friday with Level 2.. will see how it goes :)
