I would go with what the Charge HR gives you because the calorie burn is based on your heart rate... whereas the Charge does the calorie burn by estimation...

I just get LAZY on the weekends!!! I have the best of intentions to hit the gym (don't have to work, so what's stopping me, right?), but get started on watching my recordings and next thing in know, it's 12 o'clock and lunch time, then start cleaning the house, then there's the groceries, and then the 2 o'clock "lazy zone"…

1. Are you eating at least SOME of your exercise calories back? 2. I've found that eating more frequently throughout the day keeps me from feeling hungry. 3. Also, Are you getting enough water? Sometimes when you aren't getting enough water, you feel hungry.

I currently have the FitBit One, but have a FitBit HR on order... the waiting is KILLING me... I've read some really good reviews on it though.

LA Fitness - $21.75 a month - can go to any gym they have!!! :smiley: I got lucky though, I had another gym membership for that price and LA Fitness bought their contracts out... :wink:

I usually get the bloat/weight gain BEFORE AF shows up, but once she shows, I have a good loss (as long as I'm doing everything right... :smiley:

A couple of years ago, I was doing Zumba in my living room and my husband made a smart-alecky comment about Zumba and I got sooo mad at him that I threw my Wii Remote at him... :smiley: - So yea, I'd say I've gotten a bit emotional!!! :smiley:

I say, if you are working out hard, and you are hungry, that is your body's way of saying you need MORE CALORIES... :smile: Go ahead and eat something... test it out... I would bet if you AREN'T eating at least SOME of your exercise calories back, you will surprisingly see a weight drop when you do!!!

Are you eating ENOUGH??? If you are exercising every day and not eating at least SOME of your calories back, your body could be holding on to the weight, as a sort of "Starvation Mode" (I really don't like that term, but used for lack of a better word).

I usually stick with the Elliptical... my gym has the ones with the bars that move with you, and the one without the bars (not sure if that's an elliptical, too or not). I do intervals on the elliptical and my heart rate gets up there, too!!! I can't run (pain in the knee), so I find I get a better calorie burn on the…

I also found it helpful for ME to find a friend to join with you and go with you... After a while, you get into such a groove at the gym, that you don't need anyone there with you. :smile: Now, I prefer to go by myself... I put my ear buds in and jam to my music...
