I think you look great and just need to tone. Toning is the hard part. Just don't put weight on again. Good luck.

I am new here and not sure what I have to count. I thought we had to count calories. The shrimp chowder although delicious must have a lot of calories. What should we be counting?

You are right. I used to jump a lot of rope when younger. Jump rope was a major game in NYC for kids. That's what I played. Also, roller skating. You had to do what could be done on a city sidewalk. Now, kids sit on their butts with a computer in hand. They only exercise their right hand. Ha.ha..... Now at 72, I find it…

Hi, Glad you joined this group. I am finding it very useful to at least know the calories in my food. I think it is helping me eat better also. My goal is not to put on weight in my retirement years. Never really been overweight.

Your goals are wonderful. I'm glad to hear that if I'm moving, I'm losing. I went to Silver Sneakers here in town a few times and they say the same thing. It's about moving. I'm just retired and don't want to start getting fat. I notice my stomach is growing. This is bad. This site is excellent.
