  • You are right. I used to jump a lot of rope when younger. Jump rope was a major game in NYC for kids. That's what I played. Also, roller skating.   • Hi, Glad you joined this group. I am finding it very useful to at least know the calories in my food. I think it is helping me eat better also. My goal is not to put on weight in my retirement years. Never really been overweight.

  • Your goals are wonderful. I'm glad to hear that if I'm moving, I'm losing. I went to Silver Sneakers here in town a few times and they say the same thing. It's about moving. I'm just retired and don't want to start getting fat. I notice my stomach is growing. This is bad. This site is excellent.
