DAY #3 DONE!!!! same here i,ve done bootcamps before and thought insanity wouln't be that hard,boy was i wrong , these workouts are pretty hard!!! but i like that. and i am sore especially my legs. but i am also walking and i did a zumba class on monday and a circuit training class today......... lets keep digging…

hi everyone i would like to join as well. im actually starting over with my husband. he got hurt and couldn't finish thru the 2nd week-which was last week -and i missed a couple workouts so we decided to just start over. so we begin today 2/11/13. we can do this!!!

i'm maintaining as well,and yeah thats better than gaining--two weeks in a row i weigh the same.......its ok as long as we keep exercising and eating healthy.... AWESOME job for all those who already reached their goal!!! and those who are sooo close.
