  • for me the question is subjective, I don't believe my stomach has shrunken since using the site. My eating habit depends on how active i am, if have alot of exercise i have to eat a tonne of food to prevent my body shutting down. If i have a lazy day then i don't really need to eat anything. Depends :)

  • Hi, to answer your question preferably no I believe. Its more of a buffer, so as to say you have burned some calories so you can allow yourself a bit more food to compensate. Safer to see it this way.
