This is my second day! So far, so good.
I was a fitness instructor for over 20 years, so i KNOW what to do...just that life happened, and I packed on some pounds. I'm hoping this will help me get on the road to fitness and weight loss.
QUESTION...am I supposed to eat the calories i burn in exercise?

Hi, to answer your question preferably no I believe. Its more of a buffer, so as to say you have burned some calories so you can allow yourself a bit more food to compensate. Safer to see it this way.0
