I've noticed that my ads are related to items that I've searched in Google over the last few days. So some people must be searching burgers and fries! :)

I only weigh once a week! I couldn't do it every day myself.

I agree. Stop weighing so often - it'll only get you depressed with the daily ups and downs in your weight. I only step on the scales once a week.

I find a hot drink like coffee or tea helps me.

I would think that if your heart rate isn't going up, you wouldn't be burning the same amount of calories if you're covering the same distance.
