Wow, never thought I'd be in the minority on this one but my opinion is that all you women are beautiful and there is no need for a boob job. I especially agree with the points of waiting till after children. Sounds like u have your mind made up already, but I think doing it to make yourself more confident is backwards.…

Or if not cold, you can always add some crushed ice to help it fluff up. Another idea is pre-make a huge batch of mix and then put it in the fridge. Then when you want fluff, take it out and mix it for 8 minutes. Save a little bit of time at least for those of us who make it daily to consume before bed.

Yes, same with bananas or any other fruit you want to add. Usually I let the fruit sit in the milk for a few minutes, then mix them until a smoother consistency. Only then do I had the protein powder, blend again and then jack the power up to fluff them.

Yes, my friend is eating around 1800 calories. I am eating pretty clean and following the insanity diet and nutrition plan. Check my diary for what I'm eating. Don't look at the valentine's day cupcakes though :)
