What started with Protein fluff and Protein Pudding
http://db.tt/a8INYve
1/3-1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 heaping scoop Casein Cake Batter Protein (33-40g)
150-200 g of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or 1 medium banana (key to this is they must be COLD)
handful of crushed ice
179 cals, 28g protein, 14g carbs, 1g fat - VERY FILLING
Turned into so much more. Martin has created a monster.
Protein Muffins - http://db.tt/uU4ZZut
59 cals, 9 g protein, 2g carbs, 2g fat - Per muffin (The muffins got deflated and were the only thing that didn't turn out? any suggestions?)
Protein Ice Cream (UNREAL WITH CUSINART ICE CREAM MAKER) - http://db.tt/yCddwgW
446 cals, 40g protein, 33g carbs, 18g fat - Per 1 Cup (4 tbsps of natural peanut butter give it the higher fat, Smuckers Chocolate Sunday syrup gives it the higher carbs
Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Cups (Credit polar5554, I just added Casein Protein) - http://db.tt/boJ17ev
115 cals, 5g protein, 15g carbs, 4g fat - Per Cup

So the key in Protein fluff is having the berries still be quite cold. That is probably why mine didn't fluff yesterday. The berries were more thawed than they usually are. Good to know.0

Yes, same with bananas or any other fruit you want to add.
Usually I let the fruit sit in the milk for a few minutes, then mix them until a smoother consistency. Only then do I had the protein powder, blend again and then jack the power up to fluff them.0 -
I made a protein pancake last night... and I was over the top that 3 ingredients would turn into a pancake... Obviously it doesn't take much to amaze me LOL0

GOD DAMN! No wonder mine never get fluffy, I've been doing it all wrong!!
I tried to make it without the bloody berries still being cold!
I also think I added far too much milk
I am determined to get this right!!0 -

I would imagine so, as its the protein that is making the actual fluffing action surely?
Don't quote me on that as I'm no pro!0 -
