quite hard actually I think, but I want to hold on to my muscle!0 -
So,I did lower back, traps, lats, and calves today. On a hypertrophy/power split so I work each muscle 2x a week. Once in a lower rep range of 6-8 and one in a higher rep range of 10-12.
Deadlifts went surprisingly well. I haven't done them in about 3 weeks. I went down to 225x7 from 245x6 a few weeks ago, but I am confident I'll get it back up there in a week or so.
