I was on week 8 a few months ago but had to stop. Now I've started again and I am on week 2. Really enjoying it. How are you doing?

WOW! I just say...wow...

Just get back on track and do what you used to do. Nothing's happened. A weekend of treats will not undo everything else you did. Get back to your exercises and diet and you'll see how fast you lose weight again. And plan for indulgements now and then. Because you're worth it. Good luck! :)

Wow wow woooow! Amazing! what can I say...? just keep it up

I just lost the job and what I do is doing something completely different from what I used to do. I'm by no means a handyman or craftman, but I want to build a wood-fired earth/clay oven. The Italian type. Anyway...I guess it will keep me occupied for a couple of months, and I do something useful for the house.

Technically I'm a night owl, but I've learnt to love the mornings. Put the alarm clock on the other side of the room. Get up to do something you enjoy and really look forward to. I do yoga. The light in the morning is beautiful. There's silence. A good workout helps you to get you through the day. You'll be more energized…

I get up at 6.30 am to do my yoga for 45-60 min. been doing it for a month now. I feel great and I'm loving it!

you can add me if you like. I login every day, log my food and exercise as well. I am currently doing yoga (been doing it for a month now and feel great) and I am thinking about doing the 30DS. Good luck with your goals!

thank you! I really liked this post
-
nice job!

Thanks :) Sounds like you're really going for it. Good on you! I'm very motivated as well. I diet, do yoga, and I want to do some cardio to burn fat. Power walking with my dog is therefore an alternative. I want to lose another 18 kg (aprox 40 lb.)

I've got Yoga Meltdown and it gives you a good workout. Don't expect clean and precise yoga. She uses some asanas and does reps so you get your cardio. If you're new to yoga (like me) it can be fun and you really work out, specially if you do both YM 1 and 2, but if you want to learn yoga, this isn't the dvd for you.

Thanks a million to both of you! I am actually doing more ashtanga yoga now. it makes me feel great and I can't wait for next morning to do my yoga. I've seen David Swensen and that looks really advanced. I think however that I will be moving that direction...eventually :D I'll keep you posted

that depends on the occassion, but if I'm in a pub I prefer Guiness, and if I'm at the beach that would be an Estrella Damm (Spanish, from Barcelona), or Cruzcampo (from Sevilla, Spain).

I agree

Congrats. Awesome job! You are looking great.

why not buy fresh tuna and make e.g. tuna tataki?

I think it's a lost battle
