  • @Claire594: Thanks for the encouragement. This week was a long, busy week, but I have noticed a difference in my pants. I will take my measurements this week when I weigh in. Between 60 to 90 minutes a day (time can be broken up throughout the day) will make a difference.   • @Mario3790: Glad to have you on board. Take one day at a time. Making one good change will help in the long run. @imarlett: Moderation is the key. Limiting temptation does help. However, you need to replace it with good treats.

  • So My first weigh-in today: 195.0. Thats a 5.5lb weighloss. I know much of this is water/bloating weight. I have been at this number for months now. Still encouraged as I did stay away from fastfood this week. Lets see what next week brings me.
