I agree though I tend to have one cheat meal per week where I don't binge but I just eat what I am craving. Hey I'm in the same boat. I'm also I 21 yr old college student. AND I'm 6'0" and 235 and my mother is also quite heavy and so are some other family members! Doing college and loosing weight sucks so just hang in there!!!!

That caloric intake level just looks dangerous... Your body even when you are not exercising should be burning much more than that.... 1500 is low as it is, but I wouldn't push for more of that unless you are trying to hurt your body...
