Absolutely! All that matters is that you build something you can stick with and sustain. Any of the restrictive overly involved plans lead to quitting for me. Oh make sure to grab the 20 gram protein vs the normal 10. They are much heavier.

I love to use them to bridge gaps. When I think I'm hungry but not really I'll take a few sips and keep going. As long as they fit the calories it great!

Yes! 2 sections and 2 cancer surgeries so I'm right there with you. I lost 50 about 5 years ago and then just hung out maintaining the loss. Now I'm back to finish the rest. Friend me. It's totally doable in a sustainable way.
