  • That is impressive. Congrats on your progress! Keep it up!
  • Exactly, more water. I used to get monster headaches every few days. Now, I have started drinking anywhere from 64 - 96 oz a day, and havent had a headache since. I think I read a stat that most headaches are because of dehydration.

  • i have a 32 oz bottle, that I fill up 3 times during the day giving me approximately 96 oz of water. This may be extreme depending on your weight, but I upped my water intake over time, and will stay at 96 oz until i hit my goal. Ive noticed that since I have started drinking more water I dont get nearly as many headaches…
  • I am using it now, for the last week. So far everything is going well. If anyone is thinking about starting on Oxy, make sure that you read the directions. Follow the directions and you will notice a difference.
  • Start =229 Last week 4/8 = 225 Today 4/15 = 226 I noticed my pants are looser this morning, but just havent dropped any pounds. Maybe next week.

  • I did good last night. 15 minute run/walk/jog @ 3.8/5.2/7.5 on the treadmill and then spin for 30 minutes. It wore me out.

  • Yea, it seems to be right on. I checked it with my wifes HRM last night and it registered the same BPM.
  • I have a Timex, its not bad. For beginners, I think its probably your best bet. I have had no problems with mine so far, and it seems to be pretty accurate. Once I get more active and reach some goals, I will probably upgrade to a Polar.

  • You could listen to Pandora if you have an iphone/android or something that gets a wireless or wifi signal.
  • I know my clipless shoes are pretty tight. They could be restricting the blood flow to your toes, making it more likely for your toes to get cold and numb. Also, if you have a run-of-the-mill saddle on your bike, you might want to upgrade to an ergonomic model to increase bloodflow to your legs.
