I am working 30 mins on the stationary bike and/or 1hr biking outside along with a dvd of WATP (Leslie Sansome), TBL Circuit Training or George Foreman's Walking video. I hate starting but love the feeling when I have completed!

My biggest challenge is not eating at night. If I do, the scale does not budge! If I don't I can feel and see major results! No more night eating for me!!!

I did bodypump Monday which pretty much beat me up lol. My upper back and triceps were dead yesterday so I took a rest day! Today I'm doing water aerobics (so much fun!) and then the coming weekend is going to be super intense.

I'm planning on starting the 30 day shred at the end of April to count towards the month of May. Is anyone doing it right now??
  • Good Work You Guys!

I ordered this online yesterday after hearing some great reviews. Going to start in in 2 weeks time once my dissertation is handed in so I can dedicate plenty of time to it properly. Have you tried it before?

Today is ok so far. i work out after work and I'm probably going for a 5mile walk or doing Insanity fast and furious and some Insane abs after that! Also I weighed in yesterday and my weight hasn't moved in a week so this challenge is a good one!
    My Stats:
    Height 5'11
    SW: 240
    CW: 213
    Goal: 190 (by july)

Leaving for vacation a month from today!!! need to get my butt movin!

HI I tend to walk 5 miles per day and do 2X10 minute cardio workouts...then at some point in the evening do some planks and yoga bridges to tone my backside and thighs.

No, I haven't. I've been doing research too and from what I can tell it seems like a great program to build a strong base on! You'll probably really want to work some of that stress off once you hand in your disso! Lol. Which date are you looking at starting on?

    Just started yesterday.
I am doing p90x. i did it before and was sucessful but, of course, eventually quit. So here I am.
I will agree that not eating at night is hard, everything in the kitchen starts calling my name

I am on day 7 of the 30 day shred. It is getting easier but I am not looking forward to moving on to level 2...lol. I feel as though it is helping me lose inches although I am not seeing much in the weight lose department. I am trying to stick to it and not get discouraged. I also do the wii fit and now that the weather is nicer, I have been walking outside.

    Good luck on your journey:)

Looking to start probably on the 17th (avoiding the typical 'I'll start on Monday' thing) which is then 3 months until I'll be putting on my bikini, and 3 months and 1 week until I get married.
  • Unfortunately I hurt my hip last week during my 3 day a week jog, but I'm hoping Sunday I will be able to start jogging again! I do 1.5-2 miles 2 days a week and a 5k on Sunday. I am working up to doing 5k's 3 days a week. We will see. I do love it though, which surprises me!

I have also been doing Jazzercise on Saturday mornings, and weights/crunches/thigh work 2-3 days a week.

A lot of variety, and I hope it works! Now if only my injury would heal quickly. haha

Great job everyone! Can't wait to see everyone's results!

XBOX Kinect Boxing and Soccer!! LOVE it! Also, just working around the farm shoveling and raking... not going to eat at night either!! Staying under 1200 but with healthy foods... drinking at least 6 cups of water... taking a vitamin and water pill. Gotta get the scale moving again!!

I did good last night. 15 minute run/walk/jog @ 3.8/5.2/7.5 on the treadmill and then spin for 30 minutes. It wore me out.
