I think everyone struggles with this to some degree. I have days where I just don't feel like doing it anymore. I think it is especially easy to go off track after you reach a milestone. This is exactly right. You will find people on here that say that it matters what time of day you work out, because one time burns more fat. That is a myth. Work out when it is best for you and when you will be most consistent. I am not a morning person, so I have never been able to stick to working out in the morning.
