I don't think I can "allow" myself cheat days, because I feel discourage like I ruined my whole diet. I just rewar myself with things when reaching a certain goal, for example, when I lose 20 lbs. I'm going to get a mani & pedi. May sound little or stupid but it's rewarding atleast : )

It's not that I need it through the day, but I have to have that one cup in the morning. I work 17 hour days, so sometimes I don't feel like I get that much rest unfortunately.

Yes, I know what you guys mean! - I NEED my coffee! LOL Are there any Starbucks drinkers out there? I started working there almost 4 moths ago...word to the wise- STAY AWAY FROM THE SYRUPS! Those drinks are killer with the calories!

Ok, I do meet my protein requirements daily. The trainer at the gym advised me to take whey protein "to help me lose weight". I just dont like taking stuff like that or meds if I dont need to, you know what I mean.
