Thanks for all the input everyone! I think I will give it a shot and see if I like it. I am a big sweet-tea drinker, so it would be nice to at least be able to use it for that so I don't have to give up my major crutch completely.

I did it! I am at work and don't have any weights available so I used a medium sized stapler....not really much weight (probably about 2 lbs) but by the end of the 100 I was sure feeling it!

This is one of my (many) downfalls as well.
