iluvit, I do twice a week. Helps put a tan on - the stomach always tans the least for some reason. Easier to clean up without a shirt to trap perspiration, no struggle getting out of a wet shirt afterwards. 6 paper towels usually suffice to wipe down the whole upper body.

My theory is two fold. Despite the chest strap reading your heart rate under water (mine can't), when you exercise rigorously like doing a forward crawl the strap sometimes get dislodged from your chest, so the reading becomes on-and-off.
