I have recently changed jobs and the stress of change has had a helping hand in me gaining about 7 pounds these last 2 months. Now I cant fit into most of the clothes that I purchased for my new job. I am regaining control of myself and motivated to lose those 7 pounds (now down to to just 5) by New Years.

I’m in. I actually started to slowely reduce my alcohol intake last month. I would love to be a part of a group doing the same. I’m looking to have more dry days and less intake on days I do have drink(s).

Clean eating = non processed foods, non bleached foods. Foods that don't have ingredients you can't pronounce.

Hello everyone, I'm a lush and gaining weight because of it. But its a new month so I'm setting goals of no hard alcohol this month (except my anniversary and husbands bday) other than that I'm just going to have a few beers a week, maybe some wine. Then September I hope to be going alcohol free.

Day after Christmas, I gained 4 lbs, weighed again today and dropped 2 of those lbs.. Im pretty sure mine is water weight from drinking on some booze.

Since having my 2 kids I have gone from 110 to 160, Im down to 145 now after healthy eating and going to the gym. But since moving I haven't joined a gym and my weight hasn't budged and my healthy eating has been, well, off. I have a small goals "goals reached" sheet on my fridge. Stuff like, getting my nails done, a hair cut, new shoes, it goes on. But its all stuff that will really boost my confidence so I get real excited about hitting these goals.

1. Drinking enough water 2. Over coming my stress eating (starting to slow down on this one now) 3. Its cold outside, and gets dark too early now. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 toddlers, and I cant seem to get out for cardio during this month. (Might need to join a gym)

1 Chicken breast 1/2 cup Spinach Sliced Red Onion Gouda Cheese Whole wheat Hamburger bun Pan fry/bake/grill chicken breast, top with onion, then cheese, then spinach. Place on bun. Simple and tastes amazing. I am a big fan of condiments on my burgers but this is the only one I don't add any to, it has enough flavors as is.

Carbs are pretty much the same. I was a gestational diabetic.. and once I was diagnosed I cut out a good amount of carbs (sugars) and lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks
