I might have to have a look at my calorie intake, cause the thing is the weight is just stabalising at the moment and I do not want to get stuck where I am at right now. I know I can do this and I know there are no quick fixes but it is still frustrating! Ughhh. Thanks for the suggestions so far though :)

I am always drinking a lot of water and try to keep on the move during the day, even though we are all guilty of sitting on our butts for a while, me included. Any types of activity you would recommend over the other to shed the weight?

I'll be the first to admit that I am not 100% upto speed with my knowledge of losing weight as this is the first time I have successfully lost weight. All I know is that what I have been doing so far is working so maybe you are right and I need a little bit more knowledge as I get towards the end of my goal. Thankyou!

Yes, I exercise 5 days a week. I walk at a fast pace for 40 minutes and sometimes combine some light jogging and I also use a crosstrainer for upto 20 min. I am working upto using it for 30min.

The most important thing I have learned from MFP is portion control. I used to eat at least 2-3 servings and thought that it was alright because there was lots of vegetables in it or something silly like that. I would lie to myself and so I got nowhere. MFP really has changed my life.
