Well, I guess we can't blame you now for breaking the stairs. The stairs were in a church, going up to the choir loft. The stair case had a turn and the steps were pie shaped and made of two pieces of wood. They were also over 100 years old.

Getting a workout in at the beginning of the day before anything can interfere is really helpful. It centers you for the day. Also I portion all my snack foods as soon as I bring them in the house.
