what if eating healthy from Monday to Friday is already an achievment on its own? also, you still have to live and enjoy the foods that you deem 'cheating foods'. Rather than eating McDonalds during the week, people restrict to the weekends...may lunch on saturday...because weekends are for relaxing and not having to worry…

My partner is a personal trainer so that helps. But if he's not training me (mainly helps with me with weights) were listening to our music ect but it's just fun. We make funny faces at each other between each interval ect hshaha. And it's good to have company in the car to the gym.

i totally agree! i'm not the most lady like kinda girl, but unless it somehow creep through the crack...i do not fart in front of my partner! and if i do number 2s, i make sure he cant hear me. again, he wouldnt care if i did or not in front of him, but i just like to be a bit lady like when it comes to my bum haha.

Both great things! I don't want to think about the scales because I'm worried I'll start thinkinhim burning more than I am! Love the idea of thinking about what's going on around you vs the actual itself. Sounds kinda relaxing actually lol

I would be worried working out after eating that i would get a stitch or vomit. haha. i heard its better to eat after as ur body is burning energy still especially when weight training.

My partner is a personal trainer and he does one day cardio one day weights with me, so as you lost the weight, you tone up aswell. aboslutely doing the right thing. if you jsut did cardio, you would lose muscle mass and it would look stupid. keep doing what ur doing!
