I am only using slingshot when I stop losing weight....i only have 7 more pounds to get to my goal, so I am not really in a rush. My partner's current goal is 16 more pounds (for a total of 40) by 9/21. (We leave for the condo in Mexico that day). When I drop 7 more, I will be at 180#s. Still going to try and lose 5 extra…

Go to the food tab, then under the food menu choose settings, then you can adjust and remove that if you want.

Since June 26, I've lost 27 pounds....did slingshot two weeks ago, and just completed my first week back on 7 Day Carb Cycle...weigh in is on Tuesday, will let you know how much more Ive lost then. I think this is a great lifestyle change! Good luck

Welcome! I started CTL on 6/26. I lost 26 pounds in six weeks, then I plateaued...so I am toward the end of the slingshot...hopefully the weight loss will continue next week. Be patient and don't give up, I think it works great!!!
