So this is an American only thing? Hope it gets extended

I went from a size 20 to a size 10. Then thanks to stress binging on crisps and chocolate and to be fair enjoying things like kebabs and pizza, I'm back into a size 16. When I lost the weight I deliberately got rid of everything greater than size 14 as I knew I'd slide into whatever size clothes I keep. Determined not to…

I agree with eating more protein. It really helps me keep in check 500 calories a meal 3 times a day would be lovely. that's 1500 calories a day which is lovely and healthy I know the fight against body fat percentage is hard. It's something I struggle with every day.

Hi. Well if your eating that low, you are starving your body and it's understandable it's kicking back a bit 132lb is a BMI of 20.68. That is a completely normal healthy weight to be The 108 goal you mentioned in your profile is a BMI of 16.92 and on http://www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyweightcalculator.aspx is so far…

I like bodylastics resistance bands for strength training. They are light and portable with a wide range of weight options
-
I strongly recommend wearing a heart rate monitor during the training. You may be amazed at how many calories you burn just from lifting.

I tend to snack on fruit and a few walnuts. By tea time I'm too exhausted for hassle so we have a packet of microwave rice with a flavoured chicken breast. They are 5 chicken breasts for £5 in Swansea market and there are so many flavours we never get bored. I also lately like to cook a batch of food for freezing on the…

Sounds like great advice there. Trying to "stop" something is hard. It'd easier to try and replace something instead, especially where emotions are involved. So replace snacks with healthy snacks. Try using an exercise routine (a good DVD one) for distraction (think endorphins as a natural pick me up. For comfort these…

For the record, I made do with Tesco for jeans. Supermarkets can have some cheap clothes so you don't feel like your spending too much on temporary clothes
-
I had the same problem. Made do with just 2 pairs of jeans, 1 trousers and 2 tops that fit and kept wearing Olds too big clothes with belts. Hard but was worth it when I got to my target size. Still.felt a little sad getting rid of my old clothes as there were a lot of memories there. But out also felt good, as of I was…

Hi. Still breastfeeding my 19 month old daughter. Looking to slowly faze it out. Only having one so it is sad. Keep on it for as long as you want it's so so magical

I thought some male cows, our bulls, were killed for veal and others left to grow for beef, steak and leather?

The increased risk is very small, but after 35 it gets harder to conceive so it if a good idea to try sooner (though I conceived 1st attempt at 36). Good to want to life weight, but focus your energy on healthy eating. Dark greens and plenty of chicken or turkey for the early days of conception to give a potential foetus…

I have one night off dieting a month and eat as much as,I want..why not keep Chinese as a planned night off? Otherwise how about fu yung? It's not that low in cals but being basically scrambled egg with veg and meat it will be high protein and so filling you won't need rice
-
Plus you can opt for beginners moves if and when you need it
-
I took 10 days off, picked it up where I left it, and did fine. You'll have no problem

I also love fitbit. I have the ultra and wear it 24/7

One top I can give, is starting logging everything you eat on here. It's mad to see how many calories some foods have and how little others have. When it's all in front of you, you start seeing where you can make changes. Also think about getting a pedometer, or even a fit bit. It's interesting to see how far you walk just…

Hi. Just started level 2 today. Much harder
-
It's an exercise routine lasting just over 20 minutes. It includes cargo, strength training and abbs. I can be found on YouTube if you want to try it.

Everyone is different. As already started, it depends on what you want to achieve. Take in less calories than you burn and you will loose weight. Do cardio exercises too and you'll help fat burn, possibly help your metabolism and improve your fitness. Include toning/mild strength training and you'll limit the amount of…

Hey all. My first post on here. Haven't been measuring myself as I'm doing this to improve body fat percentage. But I've taken before pics and if things do really well I.may consider posting them at the end. Anyway check in day and I'm disappointed. Weight 148lb - 1lb loss. Body Fat 38.3% - 0.3% loss This is both much less…

5' 1" too. Current weight 149. Goal 132. Can't remember my start weight but it's on my signature. Just glad to no longer be obese. Everything else is just a bonus. Luckily it's still coming off. 132 would give me a BMI of 25. So it's worth a go.

Will try and play. This isn't a great pic as it's low res so you.can't really see my face. But the light reflects off the dress showing the crystals.
