I've only lost 12 lbs so far and not a big change but the one thing my husband asked me was "are you going to lose your boobs" lol he asked it in such a sad voice hahaha

I usually eat back half of my exercise calories or a bit more. I usually leave about 200 calories left over just to be safe! It also depends on if I am really hunger still or not at the end of the day

I am pretty good most days with calorie counting, the odd day I go over. I have cheat days once a week to enjoy foods I love. I say if you feel like you want to have a major splurge, do it and enjoy!! :)

I couldn't do without cheat meals! Lol Saturday night is my cheat meal night and it's delicious every time! I find I just eat a bit lighter that day

So going by this website it says I am burning about 600 cal, so I guess I've been over estimating. I guess the best thing to do is to get a heart rate monitor to see exactly what I am burning. Is that pretty much the best way to get a really accurate reading? Any suggestions on a good one to get?

I do 35 mins on the tread climber and then 35 mins on the elliptical each day. I measure my heart rate on the machines and go by the calories burnt in the machines. This not correct??
