I just finished day one and I'm so beat. I had to take breaks during the fitness test, (They did say I'd be humbled in the infomercial ><). I will definitely need encourage with this one. I can't wait to start seeing results. GL and keep going.

Great Job Guys :D I stayed under my 1200 calorie goal but I did succumb to some late night snacking. Burned a lot of calories yesterday too Already had a walk today and going to work out after lunch.

Hi Guys :D I'm Rhonda, mom of a 10 month old girl and a 10 yr old stepdaughter. I am so tired of still wearing my maturity clothing and want to be healthier than I have ever actually been. Hey Guy! I started at 167lbs and have dropped 7 pounds for August. Putting my starting weight for the challenge at 160. My goal is 135lbs. This will be my first challenge and I'm looking forward to meeting the challenge with you guys. I plan to weigh in every Monday. :)
