  • Add me too. Pixiemops.
  • Add me too. I'm in as Pixiemops :)
  • Add me: Paracelsia
  • You look great. Maybe your body hasn't finished recouping the unneeded skin yet.
  • It's quite a lot of effort to cook two sets of meals. No wonder you are exhausted. I cook for my family and they eat what I eat, quinoa and all. My 3 yo will eat most things including lentil curry. I make veg rich dishes and if it looks too vegetabley I blend it and serve on pasta, rice, couscous, potatoes whatever. I…
  • That's an amazing and inspiring story. Thank you for sharing.
  • I'm currently a 36GG and 246 lbs. In 2008 when I was last 175 I wore a 32F which, as a horse rider was much more comfortable. I'm 5ft 11". Two sports bras I recommend are the Freya Active (non wire) and the Berlei Shock Absorber (non wire) both give great support and stability. The Berlei flattens and squashes a bit but is…
  • I have one almost everyday for breakfast, look at my diary. I do the standard half veggies or leaves, half fruit plus some seeds. I have a nutribullet and I love it. Each day tastes different. I fill the large container for a smoothie that I split into two that me and my partner share for breakfast. I do use leaves,…
  • Cotton cropped leggings for me. I have them in black, navy, white and several shades of grey. Also seems to stop insect bites higher up the legs when sat outside on a summer evening. I am normally the sacrificial human.
  • Yep, add me. I'm a UK based mum of one small boy. I have around 90lbs to lose. I've been a member a while but started in earnest in May 2014. I've been ramping up my exercise and dropping my calories. My diary is open and I log everyday. What I love about MFP is that people meet what seem like extraordinary weight loss…
  • That's amazing. You look great and you've come so far!!
  • I can appreciate some amazing artwork but sadly not all tattoos are great works of art. Modern inks have really changed the look though, they can look really sharp and clean if done well. That said, I'm not fond of the all over tattoos where one tat merges into another and there is no bare skin left in between. Me? I have…
  • Just keep on it. You didn't loose all your fitness on holiday. A couple more runs and you will be feeling back on form. I can just about manage 5K although some days I have to walk a small section. I find doing the parkrun challenges really helpful. It's quite motivating to run with lots of other people. They are measured…
  • Hi, Add me if you like, I log every day. I've been discovering that I don't lose weight on 1600 cal a day so much for optimism lol. I'm dropping to 1400.
  • Cambridge here! Been a member for a while but actually only been seriously doing the MFP program for 4 weeks. Managed to work up to run 5k from doing nothing. Feel free to add.
  • WW doesn't work for me because I don't like being told what to do! I'm finding MFP so much more flexible. I make my own choices and take the consequences. I weigh daily and not dreading the one weigh day out of seven where I might be praised heartily or not ;( The other great thing about MFP is the mobile app. It is…
  • Think I added the above too. I'm a UK based mum of one looking to lose baby weight and some. My food diary is open and I exercise moreorless daily with Runkeeper. Feel free to add me on MFP or Runkeeper: http://runkeeper.com/user/Pixiemops

  • Wow that's a lot of smoothie recipes! I usually freelance with whatever I have in the fridge, but if I ever get one that I've made a bit too veggie I have a smoothie rescue. 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder (adds about 50 calories) but makes edible any smoothie where I've got the veggie/fruit balance wrong :)
  • Nice one! Such a motivational story. Well done!
  • Another Brit here. Actually I was amazed at the UK branded food in the database. Feel free to add me, I just started last week and still very keen and motivated:)
  • What a difference 8lbs makes. Great stuff.
  • That's so brilliant and such an inspiration for me as I am also tall (5ft11"). I find it hard to relate my body weight to women who are a very different height to me. You look amazing, I'll bet you are so proud of yourself :) Such a great change in a short space of time. Well done!
