There is no such thing as anaphylaxis to exercise. That is called OUT OF SHAPE!! An anaphylactic reaction is a life or death situation requiring immediate medical attention. Please don't tell this lady she is dying from exercising.... quite the opposite is true!

You need to be eating HEALTHY fats like those in avocados in order to lose weight... if you cut out all of the fat from your diet your body will try to hold onto more fat.... portion control is key!

Make sure you are eating enough calories... are you eating the calories MFP tells you to (and eating your exercise calories?) If you are not your body thinks you are starving it and will not let you lose any weight.... "starvation mode"!
