I like the cals for the serving so I got it thinking it would be a good pb sub....I hated the taste - so did my family - so I just use a reduced fat one now and less of it - never a full serving

look and log before you go - that way you know the cals and what you are going to eat and won't be swayed....look up the stuff others are going to eat and see how many cals are in it - that will stop you from eating what they eat if its really bad stuff. I do subway - veg or turkey on wheat there...burger king has a veg…

If you are going out and there is a panda express get the string bean chicken - its only 160 cals per serving and tastes great. My daughter likes their beef and broc which is low as well. my dr said that its not safe to go below 1200 cals or you "starve" your body - I agree with the person who said to reenter your new weight in and see what it says you should be doing. Or get some protein shakes to fill you up with less calories Good job on the 47 lbs lost so far!!
