Hi all! My name is Christina. I put on alot of weight in the past due to an abusive relationship and finally decided I need to drop the dead weight that's depressed me for far too long. I've been on MFP since July 2 and today I've officially hit the 20 lb mark. Why is this a success story you may ask? I've done it without having to sacrifice everything I love to eat! Feel Free to add!
