I can't even begin to tell you how much I ate...the sheer quantity of food I would have to consume to be the size I was (323 lbs) was staggering, and honestly I'd have probably just kept getting bigger...my problem has always been that I never really feel full until I have eaten a ridiculous quantity of food...I still feel…

Also...I should have mentioned, this is a work in progress, I won't ever stop completely, but among my fitness goals is to get at or below 8% body fat, so I still have a ways to go...clearly lol.

at first I was super calorie strict...I ate 1600 calories/day to get the weight loss started...after the 40lb lost mark I upped my calories to 2200ish, and started exercising...food was simple, basically just allowed myself to eat anything as long as it fell in with my calorie allowance, and I made it from scratch...I eat…

Welcome! If I can tell you one thing as the single piece of advice that is most important to learn...I'd say always be honest when you're logging...if you go over don't beat yourself up, but figure out where you went wrong, and move on, never ever stop...you may plateau at some point, or not get the results as quickly as…

For clarification I wasn't telling her to over work, and under eat...from the way she described her plight, she made it sound as though she doesn't excercise regularly, and when she does she eats back every single calorie...which is causing her to maintain...so using simple logic, if you increase work, and stop eating back…

Just a suggestion, and do with it what you want, as I'm no expert by any means, I just know what works for me...eat your daily calories, but don't eat back workout calories...since what you are saying is that your calorie intake is pretty nutrient rich calories, I'd say that you should be ok not to eat back your workout…

What I do is weigh the dish it's going in build the recipe, and then weigh the entire thing dish and all, subtract the weight of the dish, and make each serving only 1oz, then when I dish it up I just weigh it and put how many ounces I have...works like a charm.

Ok so I get this question a lot because I cook what most would consider more "upscale" food pretty often, and the truth of the matter is this...to eat cheaply, cook everything from scratch...sure I can make a pan of lasagna that is 15 layers, and costs 40-50 bucks or more to make, but when you break it down it still makes…

I used to get really sore from my workouts, like couldn't walk a couple days after an intense lower body session, but ever since I started with the enzyme supplement/treatment the worst I get is just a general soreness that is not too bad and as soon as the muscle warms up can be worked again without pain...so here's what…

Just add img tags to either side of that link (you may need a moderator to help if you cannot edit anymore) it should look like this: (img)www.linktoyourpicturehere.com(/img) but instead of parentheses make it the brackets [like this] Your hard work is awesome, and your results inspiring...keep up the great work!
