http://www.myfitnesspal.com/photos/change_big_picture/7946564 that link should take u to my photos.. if not im sorry, kinda new at this.. i told a buddy that i would post a picture of my progress so i have... i started this program at 165, i was originally 183, i have managed to get down to 135.5, and am much happier for it.. thank you my fitness pal/ chris for helping me achieve my goals...you are such an inspiration to me..

Just add img tags to either side of that link (you may need a moderator to help if you cannot edit anymore) it should look like this:
