Just stopping by to pat myself on the back...
Had the best work out day I've had to date...ran 3.23 miles this morning, (which in and of itself i never thought i could do) came home, and recovered for a Couple hours (and gave my post work out Meal time to digest) then did my insanity work out for the day...total burn? 1618 calories...

First workout above 1000 calories
According to my HRM today's burn was 1,117 calories. First time over 1,000 and I'm exhausted! I'm 6'5" and currently 265 (was 293 on the day I joined, and 323 at the beginning of this year) the work outs have varied all the way from mid 400s to damn near 900 but never this high, so I feel like its a hell of a milestone,…
