So I wasn't sure if this belonged here, or in the fitness section...but either way here goes...

I ran the savage race yesterday, my first time doing anything like this, and to say I had fun is a vast understatement...I don't know that there are words for what I had yesterday, all I know is that it was awesome! 7 miles, 25 obstacles, and 1 great big shocking surprise to myself in that I not only made the 7 mile run, and attempted every obstacle, but that I completed every obstacle, even ones that when I looked at them I just knew I wasn't going to be able to do them...it's always great when you find that you can still surprise yourself from time to time...

Sunday is my weigh in day, and in dropping 1 lb from last weeks weigh in I finally hit the 100 lb milestone...im very happy about this, and only have 3 lbs left until I reach my weight goal...so here's a before pic, and one that I took yesterday after the savage race...there's another savage race in october, and I'll be training hard for the next 6 months and running the competitive heat for that one...seriously I've never felt so awesome in my life.
