Savage six month fitness challenge

Ok so this will be my first MFP fitness challenge and I hope some of you will take part.

The Rules:

Take a picture of yourself...now...I'll wait...this will become your day 1 picture...no matter how long you've actually been at this, today is day one.

Post said picture...embarrassed or no, just do it...

Now get to work...do whatever exercise you want, but commit to it...do it from the day you take the day one pic until October 19th...

I'll be posting in here to start each week off with a log of my previous weeks workouts, calories burned, and overall impact (how I feel I did). I'd love it if people did the same...

On October 18th picture quote your OP and add your last day pic (to be taken October 18th) as a whole new topic in the success stories forums under the title (your name here)'s Savage Six Month Results

I'm probably leaving stuff out so feel free to ask questions about the challenge and/or add me at any time (my workouts get posted daily on my news feed)

So I guess I'll get this started (first time shirtless pic since high school) taken yesterday.

Oh also, I am no fitness guru, just a guy that got tired of being fat, and yes I know 6 months is a long time, but in the long run, it's really not, plus with a solid support system it'll fly by!
