What good advice. It is so true, I to was alway trying to please and do things for others by the end of the day I was whipped. I finally just had to do something for me. That is when I started MFP. What a difference, my husband is very supportive. My children are always asking how I'm doing. And my friends are fantastic.…

Question- What is your thought on have a diet soda? I'm not a big soda drinker but I do put in long days and need something. I'm not a coffee drinker so was wandering if 1or 2 soda OK. Pleas help!!!

My New Years goal in to be under 200# by January 1. I should be able to make it I only have 5 more pounds. I do have a long term goal also. That is to be down 20 pound by March, when my 6 sisters take my 83 year old Mom on a mini trip.:smile:

I feel the same way, but I was told once to use a littler plate help with portion control. Try it, it works. Good luck

I just lost my first 10 pounds and feeling a little more at ease with my routine. I try for 20-30 minutes of some kind of exercise 6 out of the 7 days a week. The MFP has really help me with keeping me on track with my calories. Thank you MFP

This is all new to me too. I also hope this is the key to my weight loss problem. This has really help me with the guess work about calorie counting
