Finished 30dshred Yesterday.. have loved this challenge and am now on my 6th week of p90x as well.. Yes I did them both together for part of 30dshred but I couldn't help myself. Level 3 day 3 tomorrow!! woo hoo. I started p90x 3 weeks ago so I've been fitting 30ds in when I'm not too exhausted or I would be done with it by now!! I'm glad I didn't wait tho. I kinda like doing the both of them =)

Oh my goodness yes!! My appetite for carbs and sugar is horrid sometimes.. especially at night! I went over my calories this week for the first time in a month because I was pms'n =( It's strange tho.. once I start I'm back to normal!!

I finally start level 3 today!! Yay! So excited for a change! Can't wait to take measurements again in 10 days! I know I've lost more inches! Good work ladies! So glad I joined this group. It's really help keep me inspired and motivated to complete this, even on the days when I feel bored with it!

I am a teaching so I totally understand what you mean when you say it's difficult to stay motivated and energized.. it's weird tho.. at the times in my life that I've spend a couple of hours a day working out are the times that I have the most energy.. I always try to remember one of the laws of physics.. Objects at rest…

I have plantar facitis too!! =( I have had it for a whole year already and am going to the doctor next Tuesday!! I hope it's not bone spurs!! So I feel your pain sister... It's a constant pain in my foot lol.. sorry, I couldn't resist!

I"m still doing the modified push-ups and probably will for a while!! It really is easier each day tho and I am able to push myself with the more difficult things like the buttkicks and bicep curls because I'm not really sore any more. =) I'm really surprised that I'm not sore tho!! Keep it going ladies!

I'm 5'4 and 144lb =( I wish I had a heart rate monitor!!! I've just been estimating using the average and putting 200.. I don't want to put over just in case..I'd rather be under! I'll have to invest in a hrm soon!

I was already doing a 7 day challenge on my own before joining myfitnesspal and starting 30 day shred!! I am working out a total for 2 hours daily.. Either hiking, mountain biking, my own circuit training, and 30 day shred.. I do spread it out during the day tho!! I've been working out for 20 years so I'm not one of those…

The push ups are the most difficult for me too!! Ouchy.. Today was my 4th day and I was much stronger on everything too.. Good job =)

Day three was difficult after working 9 hours but I did it and didn't go easy on my self!! The push-ups were dreadful and my biceps are soooo sore this morning! Going to do day 4 early today since I don't have to work just to get it out of the way! Good job girls =)
