I love/hate burpees. They get my heart rate going super fast, but ever since I did too many, I get pain in my chest muscles and really bad food pain if I jump back. Kinda takes the fun out of it :frown:

I also advise going to a salon. I dyed my hair blonde in high school, then decided to dye it back to a medium golden brown, using box colors. My hair turned a weird brownish green color. It was NOT pretty and I had to visit a salon to get it fixed!

Interesting - Thanks for sharing. I've started noticing that I don't feel the best after I eat super carb-heavy and dairy heavy foods. I might try going gluten free for a few weeks to see if that does it!
