  • I started using Palmer's cocoa butter for the stretch marks and it seems to have worked!
  • I've never had success in a relationship, and while there were other factors contributing, I know I didn't love myself, so how could I expect anyone else to? I really believe it is all about confidence. I had no self confidence when I was overweight. I hated the way I looked and didn't think any of the clothes were…
  • what a difference 30 pounds make! Great job! Aren't progress pictures great? What a motivator!

  • I had a reduction, lift and implant and I never regretted it for a second! My insurance did not cover it since it was not medically necessary so I saved the money, found an amazing surgeon, and never looked back! Everyone reacts differently to the surgery as everyones body is different. My breasts were uneven and I waited…
  • I got the surgery before kids (still don't have any) and specifically asked my surgeon if I would be able to breastfeed and he said yes. Go for it! It's the best decision I ever made!
  • I'm surprised by everyones negative experiences because I never had any problems on it. I enjoyed not having to take a pill every day. Good luck!

  • Before: 8/2009, 200 lbs After: 5/2011, 150 lbs Same clothes
  • One of the things people don't realize about dieting is that you can eat whatever you want, as long as it's in moderation. I love sweets and I don't like dark chocolate, so I still eat my sweets but in small portions. I love the mini size candy bars, specifically 3 musketeers (63 calories), as well as Keebler 100 calorie…
  • August 2009 to May 2011; same clothes, 50 lb. difference
  • You should eat some of them back. I have a 1200 cal limit and I usually burn 200-400 calories every other day. I eat back about 50-75% of my exercise calories. Good luck!
  • I was worried too, but I found I was able to meet my calorie goal with matzah, cream cheese, eggs, tuna fish, cheese, lots of leftovers (turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, kugels, tzimmes, soup), apples and still room for dessert! I've been doing a lot of walking so that has helped too. Good luck for the last 3 days!…
  • I am on a 1200 calorie a day plan and I am finding it working out fine. I eat matzah, cream cheese, tuna fish, cheese, lots of leftovers! (turkey, kugels, tzimmes, soups), cheesecake, torte, brownies, apples, etc... If you eat it all in the right amount you should be fine. I've been doing a lot of walking during Pesach so…
  • I stay around my calorie goal and exercise at least 4 days a week. I plan my meals ahead of time and think of what I will be doing throughout the day to ensure I will not overeat. It is hardest in the beginning, but once you get into the routine it gets much easier. I've lost 33 pounds since November. Once you start to see…

  • Thank you all! The support on this site is amazing!
  • You need to upload photos to photobucket...after that your photos will have an IMG code. Copy and paste the code here, but change the capital IMG to lowercase img. Good luck!
  • I had surgery before all my weight loss and have never regretted it. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made, however, I had surgery to correct an imbalance of size between my breasts, not to get implants, although I do have one. My feelings then and now are, if you are self conscious and/or this is really…
