Day 2 week 2! Didn't take a break or hit my inhaler this time! lol
-
I did day 1 of week 2 yesterday. I did the 30 DS before this so thought it wouldn't be that hard but I sure was wrong! It's the 30DS on crack!
-
Congrats! It is definitely something to be proud of! I will only be 2 or 3 days ahead of you so I will be your sneak peak. The beginning moves will probably be too easy in level 1 for you too!
-
Thank you, I am definitely going to have to add ripped to my collection I have been hearing good things.
-
I did beginner version of level 1 day to start and I will definitely do the advanced version tomorrow, it seemed pretty easy.
-
Thanks everyone that does help. I will have to check out ripped after this one! I definitely saw results with the 30DS, I was kind of plateau mode before I started it and I lost about 10 pounds using it and my muscles are definitely more toned.
-
Anyone else about to start?

I'm just over 5 foot tall, I have lost 44 pounds in 7 months. I have at least 20 to go but I might up that since I barely see a difference with as much as I've lost already. I started at 208 pounds and am down to 164.
-
I have lost about 35 pounds so far. I went from a tight 16 to a loose 14/tight 12 so far. 14's are pretty loose on me, and 12's fit. But I haven't lost a full size in shirts yet, I was a tight XL and now XL's are baggy and L's are tight. I feel I'm probably 5-7 pounds away from a comfortable L and 12, but I am a curvy body…

I read that it takes four weeks for you to notice changes in your body, eight weeks for close friends and family to notice, and twelve weeks for acquaintances. Good job sticking with it!

It always makes sense to me to stop eating when you're full.
-
Thank you! :)
-
Thanks Ashley! :)

We had a limit of 6 at my store, and it was today only, so no worries for you.
-
I did 2 miles yesterday and 2.5 miles today bringing my total to 15. I seem to be a bit behind where I should be :(
-
I weigh myself at the end of the day after I complete my food diary. Apparently this is a bad idea? Maybe I weigh less than I think I do? lol
-
Dec 1 - 5 = 6 miles Today = 2 miles 8 total miles so far
-
Previous total - 5 miles + 1 mile today = 6 total miles
-
Dec 1 - 0 Dec 2 - 2 miles Dec 3 - 3 miles 5 so far, I just started walking regularly about a month ago so this is should be fun!
-
I do Zumba on the Wii! It is a lot of fun and can get pretty intense.
-
I really like this post! I too would like some supportive friends since I don't know many people where I live and don't have workout buddies!
-
I like new friends too!
-
Or you could just change your weight loss goal, that's what I did. When I first started I selected a pound and a half a week, but had some trouble sticking to it so adjusted down to a pound a week and have been doing well since.
-
I would like to try please :)

I'm 5 foot and a half inch, and I started off at 209, hoping to get down to 160. That is what I was at my lightest as an adult, and I think that's realistic. I know it's not in my DNA or body type to weigh 110 pounds, even though that's "healthy." I am very top heavy and have wide hips so I would look ridiculous at that…

Hoosier here! Currently live in the South Bend Area but originally from NWI.

Thanks for the post, I just don't want to gain any weight back during the holidays. I don't expect to lose much more, but to not gain it back is a start.
-
thank you :) AND I figured out the ticker thing.

Making butternut bisque and grilled cheese, it's that kind of night! ps - how do you get your progress to show up?
