Thanks. I had to rock the fanny pack today lol. Theme park with the wife and kids. Sadly, I witnessed a heartbreaking moment. One that I remember all too well. I watched a gentleman get kicked off of a ride because of his size leaving his 6-8 year old daughter on the ride alone. I wanted so much to talk to him but felt I…

I had surgery less than a week ago, my fiance' is scheduled for May 11 and our honeymoon is in Disney in November - he refused to even try some rides last time for fear he wouldn't fit - a big kid at heart I could see the crushed expression in his face...we are taking those parks this…

Thanks again. I went to a theme park today and was actually able to ride certain rides, and ride other rides comfortably. Amazed at how the little things actually make a big difference.

The hernia repair is a curve ball. My surgery went smoothly and all was fair, but I took the pain meds even with only slight discomfort. They did help me sleep, but I also walked off a lot of energy. Have you been walking and can you with the curve ball and all? Like badhair though, if you think it's an issue i'd call the…

I can't read all the comments so this may have already been said. A man will say anything to get a woman in bed and he's obviously cheating on you. You need to pack up and leave, and maybe get an annulment is you're still able.

Wow. Seeing some of the posts here makes me wonder. At this point I want to strut. 5 months out and 76lbs down. I want to pull a John Travolta like in "Stayin Alive".

If you eat slower you will get fuller on less. For years, after going to boot camp, I felt like I needed to have my food eaten in 90 seconds. I got to the point that I could devour a large pizza and then of course i'd feel miserable. If you slow your eating, you'd be surprised as to how full you feel on less. The stomach…

My paperwork said not to lay down for at least 45 minutes after eating or whatever. I think they pretty much want you upright so things pass thru a little easier. I've tried to make sense of it and that's about the best reason I can come up with. I agree with klcovington also.

I don't say anything. Some people know, some don't, even at work. People see how and what I eat for the most part. I'm always talking about going hiking or biking or something, so I assume they just realize it's the result of a lifestyle change. For the most part though, no one asks, it's more of a "hey you've lost weight…

Isopure has a Columbian Coffee flavored protein that is fantastic, but/and it has caffeine in it.

Oh well. I guess I have to look at it this way; How many people actually live in Montana?

He didn't get kicked out because of this exercise. He got kicked out for not taking a slice of pizza.

I guess bathing suits are next.
