Old hauntings
I have been tobacco free for a long time. Several years now. I chewed tobacco. Now it seems that over the past couple weeks, the urge has been creeping back in. No triggers that I can figure out it just shows up. Has any former tobacco users had this happen? It's blowing my mind. Feels like I quit yesterday.

Domestic spat over food....
Has anyone argued with their spouse/partner over food? Earlier the wife wanted pizza and I told her I needed to cook chicken breasts and some steaks for the week.....work and such. She said, "okay, then i'll just eat chicken". I told her to get her a pizza if she wanted to, but don't make me feel bad or guilty because I…

Back to work
Well it's back to work tomorrow for me. At least for a few days, Friday, Sat, and Sun. It will be interesting to see how all this pans out over the next few months.......years. Eating back calories

New to the group
Hello i'm James. Glad I found this group. I was sleeved on Oct. 13 and so far so good. Of course I can't wait to get more calories in. 500-700 a day leaves me tired even though I get all my protein and liquids in. This week I was able to start the "soft" diet so it is getting better. Day of surgery weight was 264lbs and 2…

Calories
Okay so I have found that for work, it's easier to take the same things everyday and I find that I am full. Yes I have blow up days where i'll eat pizza or some junk, but for the most part I stick to what's easy because I don't have a picky palate. The next thing is that I also work a swing shift, meaning for some of you I…

Reboot
After not really ever taking it that serious, it's changed. I've been here a while and never really got into it. Seems now I can't stop. Good to be back.

New here
Hello folks, i'm James. I am new here and glad to find this app and forum/message board. I have hefty goals set for myself but realize it's a day to day challenge. Earlier this year I started blending and eating healthy and dropped a lot of weight. During my weight loss I ran a 5k and was just on the road to happiness…
